This morning I heard some interesting discussion about curing all sorts of conditions including lupus and diabetes type II with a sustained diet of organic uncooked vegetables in as little as a week!

While this sounds amazing it’s certainly worth a try. Would you pretty please for 2 weeks eat only organic uncooked vegetables and see what happens?

My sister of 65 has been a vegan for decades and she is incredible healthy – not a cavity – low blood pressure and so forth.

This may work. Please consider it. And come back soon. We love and miss you.

Christy-I was so taken aback by the news you shared. I didn’t write then because I am not much of a group type and I thought “well, so many will write that I wouldn’t be missed”-silly but there you are.
At any rate I want so much to tell you that I have really love you and FDL. Your columns and recipes have given me strength and courage at the darkest time in our collective history. I know we are still up to our necks in darkness but I am sure speaking out now as a leftie, cookie baking grandma. Your love of both country and family are priceless.
I must say that I am so proud to point out Jane Hamsher,too when she is on the TV.
What wonderful people you aare and FDL is where I turn to see how the wind blows.
