Out of town this week in New Orleans. Thought folks could use a discussion thread.

A reminder to NOLA readers: come have a cafe au lait and some beignets at Cafe Du Monde tomorrow at 10:30 am.

What a great spot to unwind, relax and EAT!

Can rec The Gumbo Shop on St Peters.

Been a few years since we’ve been to NOLA, but I bet their Red Beans and Rice and Gumbo haven’t changed much.

Andouille sausage in any variety is a must imv(hungry)o.

Brunch at Brennan’s, dinner at K Paul’s are just a couple more of our fave spots. Blackened chicken at K Paul’s was a personal favorite. I.Like.Spice

Enjoy yourselves and wish I could meet you at Cafe du Monde. Will be toasting with my cuppa tomorrow in my Cafe du Monde souvenier mug.
