There is no way in H**L that Lehman Brothers ever actually ever WANTED uranium; they just wanted to interpose themselves into some kind of deal — any deal. (What _else_ did they buy and sell just for the sake of buying and selling?)

I saw your chart, but I’m not sure I understand what it means. I mean I know about the CA budget deficit, being one of those unfortunates living in California, but I don’t get the tax haven connection.
